The Alyssa V Phillips Foundation is pleased to report the

CP Prep for Life - 2015 conference details and wishes

to thank all the presenters, participants and sponsors!

 

On August 22nd, 2015 the Alyssa V Phillips Foundation, with the help and support of 1 CP Place PLLC, was able to bring together approximately 100 family members and over a dozen professionals focused on the specific aspects of Cerebral Palsy ("CP") with the goal of sharing information and establishing connections allowing everyone to learn more about how to help children with CP live their very best lives.  There is a long list of people to thank in making this conference a success, including but likely not limited to Angela Boisselle, OTR, PhD, ATP; Dr. Jan Brunstrom-Hernandez, MD; Anna Marie Champion; Morgan Champion; Mauricio Delgado, MD; Heather Hantak, PT; Anna Harper, PT, MPT; Brenda House, PT, ATP,  CCCE; Michael Kruer, MD; Jeffrey Leonard, MD; Amy McIntosh, MD; Alyssa V.
