CP Prep for Life 2016!

CP Prep for Life - 2016 conference details and wishes

On August 19th and 20th, 2016 the Alyssa V Phillips Foundation and Dr. Jan Brunstrom- Hernandez of 1 CP Place PLLC, was able to bring together over 150 family members and over a dozen professionals focused on the specific aspects of Cerebral Palsy, as well special guest and panelist  with the goal of sharing information and establishing connections allowing everyone to learn more about how to help children with CP and families live their very best lives.
